Round 1 vs Bulldogs

WELCOMING BACK OUR COMMUNITY

It was a wet and windy start to the 2022 NRL season for the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, but the weather didn't put a dampener on the club's community commitments for home game one.

With members and fans out in force, game day offered up a great opportunity to reward community organisations doing vital charity and social work though programs such as Community Corner and Field of Dreams.

Home game 1 also gave Cowboys members and fans the chance to say thanks to our frontline healthcare heroes and raise money for relief efforts in Tonga.

Check out all the colour from an action-packed game day below!

Healthcare Heroes

Thanking our frontline health workers

The Cowboys welcomed nearly 2,000 frontline health and emergency services workers as a thank-you for their tireless contribution to the COVID-19 response. A group of dedicated workers even joined us on field to cheer on the team as they ran out for the first game of the year!
